(This is going to be an interesting start of a new story series. It's going to have some similarities with the original content. It will be interesting to see how you guys will respond to this. If you are worried about spoilers from the manga or anime, please take this as a warning. Beastars does have a lot of mature themes so keep that in mind.) Chapter 1. Comforting a Human in the Rain. 10 years ago... It was a dark and stormy night as there were a crowd of anthro animals of various sizes and species made their commute home. Be it by the subway or on foot. Some have been aware of the 6% of the population being humans would have it hard on the streets. Especially with the devouring Incidents. A flash of lightning illuminated the night sky, frightening a few kids as they huddled close to their parents and guardians. A young looking gray wolf was walking along with a Komodo dragon near the subway, making their way back home. He struggled with keeping the umbrella from turning

I'm always an easy person to talk to. And I always try to be understanding with others. But sometimes, it's a bit hard because people don't communicate their issues anymore these days. Last year is a perfect example. I lost so many friends because of no communication. Whatsoever. And honestly it hurts so much because of that. Communication is key for any friendship that goes both ways. And I want to try to be more open with you all with this. Please share this journal with your friends if you feel like they have been closing you off. Be cooperative Be honest Be firm And most importantly, Be forgiving. Don't try to turn around and be like hey don't watch this person. That would only make things harder for that person in the long run. Try to be understanding to them.
